Doug's Healing Journey which led to Midwest Modalities

My past is now what a lot of people would currently call their 'present'. Addictions, trauma, day-to-day hardships & chronic stress, weight struggles, low confidence within myself; you name it and I've lived it. In 2019, I became fed up with what felt like this never ending cycle and I realized that something within me needed to evolve or my situation would never change. That's when QHHT found me and I began prioritizing myself and my own wellbeing for the sake of myself and for my family. 

Today, I am a completely different person than I was 5 years ago. I feel centered and at peace with myself. I am confident and have the resilience to handle any obstacles life may try to put in my way. I now feel that I am in much more control of my life and because of that, I now have the opportunity to offer these same feelings to anyone willing to reach out their hand and ask for guidance; and I am endlessly grateful that I now have the ability to do that.

Community. My vision for the future is a community of individuals that have experienced healing and want to help others the same way as I do. I want people to know what it feels like to let go of their burdens from their past and experience life in a whole new way. A life that is full of deep, meaningful connections. A life that is full of positive experiences and new opportunities. A life that makes you wake up looking forward to what the universe has in store for you that day.
